Toreto Car Tech Return & Replacement Policy
At Toreto Car Tech, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return or replacement within 2 days of delivery under the following terms and conditions:
Terms & Conditions:
1. Eligible Reasons for Returns / Refunds:
• Wrong Item Received
• Manufacturing Defects
• Quantity Mismatch
• Product Description Mismatch
2. Eligible Reasons for Replacements:
• Replacements are available for selected products only. Requests must be raised within 2 days of delivery.
3. Timeframe:
• Returns and replacement requests must be submitted within 2 days from the delivery date.
4. Usage:
• Products must be trial-tested only and not used regularly.
5. Supporting Documents:
• Real-time photographs and video snippets showing the issue must be provided within the 2-day return or replacement window to assess your request.
6. Quality Check:
• All replacements or refunds will only be processed after the product is returned and passes our quality check.
7. Non-Eligible Returns:
• Products that are damaged or torn after being removed from the packaging.
• Returns where customers no longer want the product, despite it matching the description, will not be accepted.
8. Empty Box / Missing Items:
• Cases of missing items or empty boxes must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Toreto Car Tech reserves the right to reject complaints filed beyond this period.

Provide a valid reason for your return or replacement and include a copy of the original invoice in the package.
